Maintenance Technician

to join our Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and reliable operation of the hotel’s

electrical systems , ensuring safety, efficiency, and uninterrupted service across guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.

Responsibilities

Inspection, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems throughout the hotel, including but not limited to:
Performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across the property
Troubleshooting and repairing lighting systems, power outlets, switchboards, electrical panels, circuits, and wiring
Maintaining emergency lighting systems and backup power infrastructure (UPS and generator support)




Ensuring proper operation of electrical components connected to HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, technical installations, and guestroom appliances
Responding promptly and professionally to electrical incidents and maintenance requests
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical drawings, and manuals
Assisting with energy efficiency and electrical consumption control initiatives
Ensuring full compliance with electrical regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies
Accurately documenting maintenance activities and updating maintenance logs and work orders
Supporting emergency situations with a calm, safety‑focused, and solution‑oriented approach
Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers when specialized support is required
Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition
