Operations Manager

to join the team in

Barcelona.

The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safet y and schedule management. Additionally,



the Operations Manager will partner with the wider management team to optimiz e operations across and between all concessions while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Operations Manager you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:
Product & Operations Management:
Manage all aspects of product flow.

Ensure effective inventory control.
Schedule Management
Safety & Security:
Manage asset protection measures.
Oversee health and safety protocols.
Strategic Partnership:
Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across all concessions.

Operational Excellence
Drive the implementation of operational best practices to ensure excellence in all aspects of boutique operations.
