About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our Advertising Partnerships team. The role is based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Partner Managemet Director, this is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the advertising and streaming space.

Key Responsibilities





Support the optimization of ad revenue across our programmatic business

Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with ad sales partners

Help monitor and analyze ad monetization KPIs and surface actionable insights

Collaborate with internal and external ad operations teams

Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare partner feedback

Prepare sales collaterals and content update to better support our partners’ sales efforts

Monitor campaign performance and assist in investigating the root causes of any incidents

Support revenue forecasting activities

Required Skills & Experience

First experience (internship or junior role) in ad sales, ad tech, or digital media

Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working
