The Role

We are seeking a data-driven, business-savvy Senior Product Analyst specialized in creating and optimizing interactive forms within digital platforms. You will play a key role in designing seamless, personalized user flows for a travel website, leveraging advanced analytics and AI techniques to continuously enhance the user experience and maximize conversions.
Your Mission





Measure and analyze user behavior using data tools such as Amplitude to identify friction points and abandonment rates
Align product strategy with clear business KPIs and prioritize initiatives on the product roadmap
Design and implement smart and dynamic forms
Apply AI and machine learning (e.g., predictive models, intelligent autocomplete, segmentation) to improve form efficiency and user experience
Collaborate closely with UX/UI and development teams to build scalable, adaptive flows (e.g., progressive, multistep, or conditional forms)
Propose A/B tests and experiments to validate new features or form variations
Stay informed about best practices in travel industry UX, data personalization, and smart experiences
Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in B2C platforms, travel, e‑commerce, or SaaS
Hands‑on experience in designing and optimizing web forms and conversion flows
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
