Where You’ll Make a Difference

Support the R&D; Delivery Systems team in daily laboratory and pilot plant activities.
Assist with sample preparation, basic testing, and routine analyses.
Help maintain equipment, materials, and lab organization.




Participate in small-scale trials under guidance from senior team members.
Collect and record data in an accurate and reliable manner.
Support technology transfer tasks between lab, pilot plant, and production teams.
Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices.
What Makes You The Right Fit

PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
Strong motivation to learn and apply scientific and technical knowledge.
Basic laboratory skills and comfort working with scientific or processing equipment.
Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and document work clearly.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Team‑focused mindset with good communication abilities.
Working knowledge of English and Spanish.
