Your Role And Responsibilities
Participate in Product Development and Project Support for PV projects all around the world.
You will become part of a high-performance team responsible for the PV control support of power converters and power plant controllers, that are manufactured by the company, for PV plants.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Control system design & simulation
Design, develop and optimize control algorithms for photovoltaic inverters
Perform simulation and modeling of power electronics control systems using MATLAB/Simulink
Analyze system behavior under different operating conditions and grid scenarios
Testing & validation
Participate in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) validation activities
Support testing campaigns on power electronics test benches
Analyze test results and propose design improvements based on findings
Technical documentation
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, design reports and test protocols
Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and customer requirements
Customer interface & field support
Act as technical interface with customers for control-related inquiries
Provide engineering support for field incidents and troubleshooting
Collaborate with field service teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with other Technology teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of control strategies and product performance
