Description
We are looking for a Service Supply Chain Global Process Transformation Lead, Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert in SAP S4 to lead the transformation of logistics, customs, and compliance processes across HP’s Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey.

What You Will Be Accountable For
You will act as the Subject Matter Expert on the global process, bridging business, technology, and operations.

Process ownership & transformation

Define and standardize end-to-end logistics, customs, and compliance processes

Drive simplification and harmonization across regions





Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with future operating models

SAP S/4 & digital enablement

Partner with IT and Digital teams to shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities

Translate business needs into system improvements and enhancements

Support implementation and adoption of new solutions

Global collaboration & influence

Work with stakeholders across EMEA and Americas

Partner with Logistics, Compliance, and other Global Process Owners

Lead alignment on complex, cross-functional topics

Continuous improvement & problem solving

Identify gaps and drive resolution of critical operational challenges

Support escalations and define sustainable solutions

Promote a culture of continuous improvement
