Key job responsibilities

Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations including Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders
Partner with supply chain experts across DGL to drive, support, and influence strategic business initiatives that enable K-Flex to scale globally
Collaborate with 3PL operation field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and scale operational productivity through new initiatives
Analyze operational barriers systematically, focusing on root cause identification and understanding financial impact drivers




Work closely with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to proactively identify and remove daily operational obstacles
Drive operational consistency through network-wide process standardization initiatives
Evaluate integral warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiency
Conduct business reviews with Senior Leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations
Travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement (travel is essential for this role)
