About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will join the Global AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities

Responsibilities

Analyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions

Assess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI,



Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use case

Execute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoption

Design, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments

Support the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domains

Ensure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirements

Deploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management

Adhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Integral AI Department

Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environ
