As a key driver of innovation for one of our most valued and long-standing partnerships – the Kinder project – your mission is to bridge the gap between strategic ambition and digital reality. You will be responsible for identifying new digital opportunities and translating them into viable, high-impact features that bring the magic of physical toys to life in the digital space, ensuring our cooperation continues to grow and evolve.

What it means on a daily basis

Analyse the client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify new digital opportunities, ranging from AI‑powered tools to phygital integrations.

Structure innovation concepts into clear value propositions and detailed proposals, including scope definition, milestones, high‑level budget estimations, and expected KPIs.

Support the pre‑production phase by defining hypotheses, creating MVP scopes, and establishing validation frameworks.

Coordinate the development of prototypes in close collaboration with the UX, Tech, and Production teams.





Define success metrics in partnership with Data teams and provide data‑driven "go/no‑go" recommendations based on feasibility and ROI.

Act as the central point of contact for all innovation topics, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to align strategic goals with production constraints.

Support client discussions regarding future evolutions, presenting innovation concepts with a balance of ambition and realistic delivery frameworks to strengthen client trust.
