The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a high-growth tech startup building AI voice agents for small and medium-sized businesses. Having scaled to over $9M ARR and 10,000+ customers in under 12 months, the company is expanding rapidly with the vision of developing a fully automated AI suite for SMBs. Now opening a brand-new hub in Barcelona, they operate on high ownership, zero office politics, few meetings, and direct feedback. You will join on the ground floor to help build and shape the company culture in Spain.
AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As a Sales Development Representative, you will take full ownership of the German-speaking top-of-funnel, qualifying leads and building outbound momentum,



with a direct path to becoming an Account Executive within a few months.
Manage the entire DACH top-of-funnel, from initial contact to handing off qualified demos to Account Executives
Qualify inbound leads generated daily by marketing campaigns
Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and test new acquisition channels
Build, test, measure, and refine outbound sequences and hypotheses
Actively contribute to shaping and scaling SDR processes in a fast-growing startup
Assist with the onboarding of new clients
Leverage top performance to fast-track into an Account Executive role within a few months
