As a

Business Development Manager (BFSI)

on our team, you will:

Lead business development efforts across the

Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI)

sector in Iberia, with a particular focus on

Anti-Financial Crime investigations, Compliance, and Collections

solutions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including account planning, SWOT analysis, market penetration strategies, and go-to-market plans to drive sustainable business growth.

Proactively identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders, increasing network coverage and identifying key decision-makers, champions, influencers, and budget owners.

Position Concentrix's technology-led solutions across the customer lifecycle through consultative and solution-based selling,
