Facilities Manager (m/f/d)
You will be part of the Manufacturing department based in La Rocafor on a permanent contract.

Mission

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all building and facility services

Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities





Manage external service providers and ensure high‑quality service delivery

Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental (HSE) regulations and internal standards

Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site efficiency improvements

Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, and technical improvement projects

Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders on all facility and HSE‑related topics

Profile

Technical degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field

Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or HSE‑related roles

Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes

Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements

Experience in managing external service providers and technical contractors

Structured, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented working approach

Strong communication and coordination skills across multi
