The Sales Executive will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona.

He/She will meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and direct all efforts to maximize the hotel’s revenues and profits across all revenue streams (accommodation, meeting rooms, F&B;, and others) focusing on the Transient segment.

The Sales and Events Executive will also develop a network of contacts to encourage and secure hotel trial of local and international key decision makers.

Essential Functions

Provide total account management of assigned Transient accounts so as to maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing and new accounts to

achieve budgets

and goals.

To agree with the Sales Manager on the annual personal business objectives and to set monthly objectives for accounts to be reviewed monthly.

Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedule with existing and new accounts. Sign up new corporate clients and business.





Implements national sales programs by developing field

sales action plans .

To undertake research, for example

via telesales or in person visits

to identify new potential accounts. Identify and generatesales leads for business development from all available channels (research (Agency 360), competitor reader board, reoffer business, databases, direct mail, customer appointments, FAM trips).

Establishes, analyze productivity figures for all selected accounts and

adjusts selling prices

by monitoring costs, competition, and supply demand.

Maintain client records by utilizing

Delphi/Opera systems . Provide weekly and monthly activity reports via these systems.

Maximizes upselling opportunities whenever possible.

To undertake

all networking activity

for existing and prospect accounts. Attending trade show fairs and represent the hotel at industry related events where requested.
