What will your day-to-day look like?
Operational and business management of the Customs department.
Leading the team.
Developing our brokerage business.
Supporting our sales force (including customer visits).
Ongoing monitoring of customs regulations and processes.
Optimization of existing and new internal processes.
Compliance with local regulations (Customs Representative License required).
Communicating and acting as a liaison with key stakeholders, including local and international customers, customs authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.

What do we expect from you?
Customs Representative qualification/license.
Strong knowledge of AEO requirements and processes.
Extensive knowledge and experience in brokerage regulations, processes, and procedures.
Leadership and collaboration skills, strong team player, resilient.
Ability to make decisions, multitask, and work under pressure.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Quality- and efficiency-driven, proactive, dynamic, and well organized.
Customer-focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems and tools.
English (strong written and spoken communication skills are essential).
