Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on data protection and digital advertising law for our integral digital advertising and data‑driven organization. The role is based in Barcelona and will be part of the Legal & Compliance team. You will act as the go‑to advisor on privacy and data protection compliance matters, while also supporting commercial law topics and bridging the legal and technology worlds in an international environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our programmatic advertising products and internal processes meet the highest standards of data protection, in particular under GDPR,



ePrivacy, and industry standards such as IAB TCF v2.2. This is a hands‑on role where you will oversee and provide support on privacy‑related product and process requirements, liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including external counsel), and draft, review, and negotiate data agreements.

Privacy compliance and internal support

Support and drive the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Provide expert legal advice on privacy, data protection, and digital law.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define standards and ensure proper implementation of controls, features, and workflows in our programmatic advertising ecosystem.

Support on compliance and conduct queries across projects.

Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product and process requirements.
