As an HR Generalist, you will take on a hands‑on, execution‑focused role covering HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts, and documentation. In addition, you will support and deliver Learning & Development initiatives and assist in additional projects where support may be needed. You will be at the frontier of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people’s lives worldwide.

Your profile
Main Responsibilities:

People Operations & Administration

Own and execute day‑to‑day People operations across the employee lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers, relocations).

Maintain accurate, complete,



and up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, and documentation.

Ensure all processes are executed in a structured, efficient, and compliant manner.

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and practical support.

Execute onboarding processes and ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with external/internal providers.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee contractual data and payroll‑related information.

Maintain and apply operational policies (e.g. leave, working time, benefits).

Support compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Learning & Development Delivery

Support the rollout and execution of Learning & Development initiatives defined by the People & Culture team.
