As part of Forvis Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created a General Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes, and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all their accounting, tax, payroll, and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE).
We are hiring an Accounting Senior Manager to join this strongly growing team in Barcelona.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Forvis Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries across Europe.
Your mission

Direct interaction with the different clients
Review of reporting, analytical accounting,



treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client
Ensure all deliverables are sent on time and manner to the client
Follow-up and planning of team’s activities to ensure effective delivery
Training and support to all professionals
Organize and manage time and resources to answer client’s demand
Participate actively in the recruitment process
Ensure and control the productivity of the team as well as the profitability of the project
Participate in the Business development strategy and plan
Be the main contact of the CoE with the rest of Forvis Mazars partners and colleagues
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar
Additional courses and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Tax are valuable.
Minimum 8-10 years’ working experience in multinational environment.
Experience in team management.
High knowledge of ER
