Your Responsibilities
Develop and further enhance maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation‑systems in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and coordinate team activities, including effort estimates, risk management, testing, and integration concepts
Continuously develop our capabilities, such as domain understanding, automation, and AI‑assisted development
Actively help shape the build‑up of the site, including engineering culture,
methods/processes, efficiency, and innovation
Your Profile
5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, supported by a degree in computer science/engineering or an equivalent qualification
Interest in advancing AI‑assisted development in the context of maritime navigation—and taking responsibility for it
Confident in applying modern software engineering practices
Very strong abstraction skills, high willingness to learn, and a pronounced quality mindset; very good written and spoken English
Nice to have: experience with complex software systems as well as C++, Python, Qt/QML or ROS2
