Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and professional people & culture service across the business. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries, managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, and ensuring HR systems and processes are maintained accurately and compliantly.
The People Advisor acts as a first point of contact for routine HR matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures whilst escalating more complex employee relations or legal matters to the People & Culture Manager. The role combines operational HR support with recruitment coordination and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career.
This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week, based at our Alhama de Murcia Campus.




Role Duties

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting and posting adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Work closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.
Coordinate work experience placements, internships, and talent attraction initiatives.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Lifecycle Administration

Manage onboarding and induction processes, including preparing offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, and new starter documentation.
Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contractual changes, probation reviews, family-friendly leave administration, and offboarding processes.
Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback and trends for
