Client Relationship: Cultivate and strengthen enduring client relationships, focusing on both retention and growth, while adeptly managing contract renewals and transitions.

Strategic Account Development: Identify and seize opportunities for account growth and revenue generation, leveraging insights to effectively up-sell and cross-sell.

Effective Opportunity: Clearly present potential opportunities to clients through compelling demos and business cases, ensuring they align with client objectives and needs.

Collaborative Solution: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and Legal to ensure the delivery of comprehensive client solutions.
