What the job involves

Originate,



evaluate and execute investments across decarbonisation and sustainable infrastructure

Build financial models, valuations and investment analyses

Coordinate due diligence and support transaction execution

Prepare investment committee materials and investment recommendations

Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation

Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

Experience in investment banking, within infrastructure, energy or related sectors

Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills

Experience in investment banking, private equity or infrastructure investing

Strong transaction execution and due diligence experience

Advanced financial modelling and transaction structuring capabilities

Ability to independently manage investment workstreams and support junior team members
