Senior Graphic Designer creates and maintains assets and content for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other company initiatives across all OEC brands. Works closely with Marketing and Culture teams to develop, manage, and execute high-quality, impactful materials from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with OEC core values and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Executes graphic design and production for the Marketing Department’s online and print projects, including
print and digital advertising campaigns .
Works cross-functionally with
Marketing, Branding & Culture , and other internal teams to translate messaging concepts into graphics.
Creates, edits, and repurposes
customer communications
to support sales efforts and marketing communication strategies.
Maintains the
OEC Style Guide .
Collaborates on the design of customer materials, including trade show exhibits and support materials.
Formats and creates high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
Stays current on
industry trends
and drives implementation of these trends as needed.
Makes proactive recommendations to
streamline and improve creative processes .
Reviews materials created by external vendors and internal designers for consistency with brand guidelines.
Maintains the
design of company websites
to support product enhancements, introductions, and improvements to functionality and user experience.
Provides backup support in creating and editing videos for various uses.
Education
A
bachelor’s degree
from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in
Graphic Design
or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
At least
6 years of graphic design experience
with a proven background in conceptualizing,
