streamlined, high-impact solutions
- helping drive the next phase of our growing

SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS)

capabilities for Norwegian and Nordics clients and international businesses.

Your expertise and contribution will directly influence how payroll is delivered, optimized, and transformed.





Which tasks can you expect?

Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Norwegian customers

Manage

process deviations , assess impact, and recommend solutions

Own

change requests end-to-end

(requirements, pricing, implementation, documentation, training)

Ensure alignment and adherence to

general and local process standards , considering client needs

Maintain and update

process documentation

(SOPs, DWIs, guidelines)

Collaborate with

clients and country teams

to ensure smooth operations and alignment

Support the design and enhancement of

standardized yet locally adaptable processes

Handle

complex payroll cases

and act as first escalation point

Ensure

accurate, timely payroll delivery

in line with SLAs

Support system updates, testing, and implementations (incl. UAT and parallel runs)

Maintain regular

client communication

to ensure efficient payroll processing
