Own end-to-end delivery of people programs (onboarding, talent development, engagement) across the cluster.
Develop and execute operations scaling programs that enable efficient growth as capacity expands.
Partner with site leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to align program priorities with business objectives.
Define program metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Identify gaps in people processes and propose scalable solutions that maintain operational standards.
Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across sites within the cluster.
Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies; elevate blockers proactively.
