About the Role
Identify and engage high‑potential Italian B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‑making process, then hand off sales‑ready opportunities to Account Executives.
Act as a subject‑matter expert on Genesy AI’s platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Italian companies’ prospecting workflows.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
Track and report key metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‑specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‑to‑market strategy.
About You
Language skills: Advanced level of English and Native Italian.
1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
Data‑driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates).
