Primary Purpose
To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Composite part manufacture using wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods.

Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.

Effective multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

Practical-minded and motivated individual with a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.





Well-versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials.

Experience in pre-preg (not essential but interesting).

No allergies to resins or fibres.

Proof of legal right to work in Spain.

Driving licence.

Versátil schedule; work hours will be based on business needs.
