Role Overview

As a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser,



you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that will help the company and its clients.
Responsibilities

Develop workflows to automate business processes.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
Identify opportunities for team training and skill advancement.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
Design training programs and workshops for the internal staff.
Conduct regular system audits.
Run and share regular operating system reports with senior staff.
Participate in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.
Essential Requirements

5 years of IT system administration experience.
5 years of support and infrastructure experience.
Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies,
