Operations Director

to play a key strategic role in ensuring that all services and facilities consistently operate at the highest standards.

Reporting directly to the

General Manager , the Operations Director will be fully responsible for the operational management of the Club House and all supporting departments that contribute to the daily experience of members, guests and visitors.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure operational excellence through effective team leadership,



implementation of operational processes and service standards, facility management, and continuous improvement across all Club services.

This is a strategic leadership position within the organisation, acting as the General Manager’s key operational partner and contributing actively to the continued development and evolution of the Club.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Club House, facilities and member services.

Ensure an outstanding experience for members, guests and visitors.

Oversee the efficient operation of all operational departments.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team of approximately

45 professionals , including:

Reception

Locker Rooms

Maintenance

Food & Beverage

General Services

Promote a culture of excellence, accountability and member-focused service throughout the organ
