Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join an experienced commercial team working on the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project. Supporting the commercial management of a key construction package, you'll be involved from procurement through to final account, helping to drive commercial performance on a technically complex, high-value development.

Working alongside project managers, engineers and site teams,

You'll:

Manage the commercial aspects of your work package from procurement through to final account.

Prepare valuations, variations and payment applications.

Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial forecasts.

Review subcontractor accounts and manage commercial relationships.

Support contract administration and ensure commercial compliance.

Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain accurate commercial reporting and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
