Senior Brand Manager

who will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager while taking ownership and autonomy in managing the brand strategy.

Role Mission
Lead the strategic development and growth of the Bicentury brand, driving business performance across key KPIs (sell-in,



sell-out, profitability, and brand equity), while shaping the innovation pipeline and communication strategy.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Performance

Define and lead the mid- to long-term brand strategy

Drive overall business performance across key metrics: sell-in, sell-out, market share, profitability, and brand funnel

Translate data and insights (consumer, shopper, market) into actionable growth plans

Build and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives

Own and drive the innovation pipeline (new product development, renovations, and extensions)

Work closely with R&D; and factory teams, ensuring alignment between consumer needs, brand positioning, and technical feasibility

Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches
