Key responsibilities
As

Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long-term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the

Engineering sector .

Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe.

Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for
