As a

Business Development Representative

at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle - from the first outbound touch to a signed contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end.

Our customers are independent hoteliers across Europe: family-run properties, boutique hotels,



and small chains underserved by technology built for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation. You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to the people who use it - and you will own the entire process of getting them there.

Your mission

Prospecting & pipeline generation:

Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch. You own your top-of-funnel.

Discovery & qualification:

Understand each prospect's current setup, pain points, and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritise the right opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a way that is specific and relevant to their situation.

Product demos:

Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems. Make it easy for the prospect to say
