What you’ll be doing day to day
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver customers rely on.



You will:

Support eCommerce customers via phone and chat with questions about online orders and deliveries
Handle store overflow calls and log customer inquiries in our CRM systems
Deliver consistently great customer experiences — and help us make them even better
Follow clear processes that set you up for success
Potentially expand into email and social media support in the future
Collaborate with your team to hit goals and celebrate wins together

Are bilingual or fluent in Dutch and advanced in English
