At Factorial, we are looking for a senior Account Manager for the Rest of the World Market (ROW) to help us boost the company to the next level. This role is all about being there for our customers while leveraging upselling and renegotiation opportunities. We work with international clients from various markets such as UKI, US, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Poland, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities

Constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations and strategize a personalized upsell plan.
Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling and churn management, and guarantee a strong long term, transparent and trustable relationship.
Build, engage and develop top quality relationship with our enterprise customers through regular communication, constant and proactive improvement action plans.
Manage your own customer's portfolio, keep its information updated daily and build tracking reports of the account status.
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to all client inquiries, offering personalized feedback.




Promote and explain new products/services and functionalities to existing customers.
Work hand in hand with different teams—sales, product, customer support—and act as their main contact for valuable feedback.
Qualifications

English language professional proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
Previous experience working with sales targets. Experience in customer success and satisfaction is highly valued.
Ability to make things easier for customers and colleagues, smoothing out roadblocks.
Ambitious, self motivated, thrives with ownership; open to proposing and implementing new strategies.
