We are looking for a

Project Manager

to work on retail and office projects in

Madrid .
Key responsabilities

Planning, cost, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle:
from the design concept through to project completion.
Coordination of design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers
Preparation of minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project’s status
and decisions to be made
Solicitation of bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams
Technical consulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing)
In addition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the Management System by understanding and implementing the following:




Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies.
Application of the Best Environmental Practices Manual.
Compliance with SyS’s integral policies and standards.
Job requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:
Experience : At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit and out retail and office projects.
Education : Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.
Professional Skills and Knowledge : Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (constant communication with English-speaking clients will be required, as well as leading technical meetings). 90% of the time, work will be conducted in English.
Technical Competencies : In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, on-site health and safety standards, and sustainability standards.
