Inbound Sales Development Representative
About The Role
Engage high‑potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other inbound channels
Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‑making process, then hand off sales‑ready opportunities to account executives
Act as a subject‑matter expert on Genesy AI’s platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies’ prospecting workflows
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market
Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‑specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‑to‑market strategy
About You
Must‑have
Advanced level of English and native Spanish language skills
1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls
Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)
Data‑driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)
Self‑starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment
Barcelona‑based or open to relocating to our vibrant city
