Within Group IT, we are expanding our established Global Data & AI Hub in Barcelona (Poblenou), which has successfully launched and continues to grow as a key pillar of our digital transformation strategy.

The Global Data & AI Graduate Career Program is now entering its next intake, building on the success of previous cohorts. It offers early-career talent the opportunity to join a proven and evolving program that combines structured learning, hands‑on experience, and exposure to real‑world integral business challenges.

As part of the 2026 intake, we offer a range of specialized graduate tracks including AI Enablement & Community, Application / Full‑Stack Development, Data Engineering, Data Science / Machine Learning, DevOps, Integration / API Engineering, and UX/UI Design. Each role contributes to building innovative, data‑driven, and scalable digital solutions within a truly global and agile environment.
