Software Developer C++ mass spectrometry instrument control (m/f/d)

To complement our remote software development team, we are looking for an innovative, collaborative and experienced software developer (m/f/d) to contribute to the engine software of our mass spectrometers. This engine serves as the interface between the graphical user interface (GUI) and the instrument firmware, handling core tasks such as instrument control,



data acquisition, and diagnostics.
Responsibilities

Contribution to the engine software of our mass spectrometers, which serves as the interface between the graphical user interface (GUI) and the instrument firmware.
Handling core tasks such as instrument control, data acquisition, and diagnostics.
Participating in the entire software development lifecycle: requirements specification, implementation, debugging, documentation, testing, and support.
Implementing new requirements and enhance existing functionalities.
Collaborating closely with instrument users and the software testing team.
Transforming software prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions.
Working within an Agile project team and maintain active communication with team members.
You also engage with colleagues from software testing, hardware development, applications, and service departments in a multidisciplinary
