Description
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative person to join our growing real estate, villa development and construction platform in Marbella. This is a mixed role focused mainly on marketing, social media, lead follow‑up and digital visibility, with some administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

Creating and posting content for properties, villa projects, renovations, plots and investment opportunities

Managing social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms

Updating CRM systems and helping organise client information

Supporting client communication, appointments,



project coordination and marketing material

Helping us keep structure in a fast‑moving luxury real estate and construction environment

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong with social media, Canva, WhatsApp, Google Drive and CRM systems

Organised, reliable and good at follow‑up

Comfortable communicating with clients, agents and partners

Interested in real estate, design, construction and luxury property

Positive, proactive and willing to grow with the company

Experience in real estate, marketing, construction or luxury services is an advantage, but attitude, structure and willingness to learn are just as important. This is a growth role for the right person who wants to become an important part of our Marbella‑based platform.
