We are looking for a

talented, curious and hands-on Data, Automation & BI Analyst

to join our

growing regional Commercial Strategy team , based in Madrid and supporting 5 countries across Latin America.

This role combines

data, automation and AI-enabled process optimization

to help scale the impact of the team and

improve efficiency

across the organization.

You will work on

high-impact regional initiatives , partnering with commercial, strategy and data teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes and explore practical AI use cases.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who e njoys solving problems, building solutions

high ownership and visibility .

Main responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar).

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.

Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.

Improve accessibility,



usability and reliability of business information across teams.

Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.

Support the evolution of the regional reporting data model.

Extract, transform and model data from multiple sources.

Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable data structures.

Automation & AI Enablement

Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes across the organization.

Design and implement automation workflows and productivity solutions.

Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Explore and test new technologies and AI applications relevant to commercial and business processes.

Build scalable tools and solutions with tangible business impact.
