Job Description
The SAP Basis Architect is a hands‑on role with integral responsibilities for the availability, performance and maintenance of mission critical applications. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with Infrastructure, Security and Applications teams to proactively ensure applications are sized appropriately, secure and in a supported state according to regular maintenance cycles.

Role requires 15% travel.

Job Dimensions & Scope

Lead and develop existing team of 14 SAP technical delivery specialists supporting plants/regions and several applications

Management and Delivery of Customer Service Level Agreements.

Travel: 15% or as required, predominantly within EMEA

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure the application portfolio operates matching the business operational schedules

Meet agreed SLA’s for all application areas

Support the implementation of the any SAP related projects

Resource Capacity planning including communication of constraints, alternative resource options, priorities and expected delivery dates of developments to business and Demand Managers / Business Relationship Managers

Manage any conflicts and escalations within area of responsibility
