We are looking for an

HR Operations Coordinator

to join our regional HR Operations team . In this role, you will act as the

first point of contact for employees and managers

on HR and payroll-related matters and ensure that personnel and benefit management is carried out

accurately, efficiently, and fully compliant

with company policies and local legislation.
Reporting to the

Regional HR Manager

, you will support the spanish Station and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operational services that contribute to a smooth employee experience and

accurate salary payments .
Make a difference joining our team

Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to‑date personnel administration in compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
Coordinate and administer core HR processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.




Provide first-line support and basic advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, systems, and tools.
Provide administrative and coordinative support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete payroll input, aligned with local legislation, internal policies, and payroll cycles.
Coordinate payroll changes and exceptions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll service providers.
Validate and review payroll outputs, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to salary payment.
Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
Ensure correct follow-up of payroll corrections, retroactive changes, and special cases, coordinating with Finance when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes, data quality, controls, and efficiency.
