The
Active Directory Service Owner
is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT services, ensuring seamless delivery, strategic growth, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in defining the service roadmap, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and driving service maturity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage
Active Directory escalations
and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Implement
secure access controls
and prepare infrastructure for new OS versions.
Address vulnerabilities
and maintain anti-malware protection across servers.
Oversee
server onboarding
into the Privileged Access Management tool.
Ensure
compliance with contracts , security policies, and accurate CMDB records.
Automate processes , develop scripts and manage monitoring and alert systems.
Optimise
service usage
through collaboration with local teams and projects.
