You create an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction to the final decision
You act as a trusted talent partner throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle—from kick-off meetings and sourcing strategies to interviews and stakeholder management
You stay on top of recruiting trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our hiring strategies and identify new ways to attract exceptional talent
You have a curious mindset and enjoy exploring new technologies. You leverage AI tools in your daily work to work more efficiently, improve candidate experiences,

You contribute to Culture & People initiatives, including process improvements, employer branding, data-driven recruiting, and projects that strengthen our hiring practices and employee experience
You are fluent in English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2).
