This role is focused on

hands‑on technical transformation

within the Noodles category, with direct responsibility for

lab prototyping

and pilot plant execution. It sits at the intersection of food technology, project execution, and operations: you will spend significant time in the lab and on the pilot plant floor,



not just coordinating from a desk.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to bring new noodle products from concept to reality.
Design, plan, and personally execute lab‑scale prototyping (formulation, cooking/processing trials, sensory pre‑screening) for new products and process improvements.
Lead and actively participate in pilot plant trials, including equipment set‑up, trial protocols, in‑process sampling, and troubleshooting on the line.
Identify and implement solutions for reliable prototyping when dedicated facilities are not available, such as external labs, co‑manufacturers, or adapted line trials.
Document trials rigorously (protocols, results, deviations, learnings) and maintain technical records to support decision‑making and knowledge transfer.
Validate nutritional and cost targets together with the Nutrition and Costing teams before initiating lab trials
