How You Will Do It

Design, develop, and validate first‑of‑kind Metasys software, integrations, and advanced control strategies.
Define and maintain integral standards including templates, engineering guidelines, Sequence of Operation (SOOs), and Description of Operation (DOOs).
Provide technical governance through design reviews, quality assurance, and best‑practice alignment across regions.
Partner closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls R&D;, cybersecurity, and global delivery organizations.
Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of controls solutions.
