The Role
This role will be responsible for processing, analysing, researching, validating, and supporting tasks related to the Strada Assist ticketing tool for the client’s employees, in accordance with the client’s service level agreements (SLAs). It also includes the support needed for the modules of Strada Portal and Strada Core.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-house technical support for Strada Assist, Strada Portal, Strada Core or any other application under the team scope.
Analyse, prioritize, and resolve faults to completion.
Resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs and escalation procedures.
Diagnose and resolve software application issues following established procedures and methodologies.
Understand and analyse problems, proposing resolution paths.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends beyond internal training.
Business-Related Skills
Strong skills in integrating networking, systems, and monitoring solutions, along with general IT maintenance skills.
Proven ability to support software and application technical problems.
Experience with Windows.
Experience with SQL.
Personal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High accuracy in terms of quality and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to the team and customer.
