Responsibilities

Front office management and reception, including visitor and employee sign‑in and access systems, mail management, and shipping/receiving.
Orient employees and guests through site tours and wayfinding.
Maintain office space to be well‑stocked, clean, and welcoming, including light cleaning of communal areas.
Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track deficiency status.
Conduct regular facility inspections, keep inspection records up‑to‑date, and coordinate with building services for repairs and maintenance.
Serve as the local contact for planning and coordinating onsite design‑build projects, renovations, and office relocations.
Plan, coordinate, communicate, and host internal and external events such as company meetings, monthly mixers, holiday parties, and team socials/on‑sites.
Maintain workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (People, IT, OCEO) to align workplace policies and programs with business objectives.




Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems are operational.
Oversee physical security: ensure secured systems are operational, manage site access badges, and liaise with IT/Security teams as needed.
Participate in the Global H&S; Committee and assist with H&S; investigations as needed.
Assist with workplace technology systems, including AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and space operations software.
Manage vendor relationships for F&B;, socials, and office supplies.
Track and process workplace experience expenses through internal software programs.
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of workplace experience programs and recommend improvements.
