As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of an international sales team driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and helping companies adopt advanced cloud technologies. What you will do

Be the first point of contact for potential business clients
Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers
Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions
Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services
Requirements

Dutch:



C1–C2 (fluent/native)
English: B2
1–2 years of experience in IT sales OR customer service experience (both are valid)
Proven ability in managing clients, accounts, or sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
Microsoft certifications (Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps)
Working Schedule

Monday to Friday
09:00 – 18:00
Salary & Benefits

Base salary:

€25,000 gross/year
Performance bonus:

€4,800 gross/year
